We currently manage 5.6 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US, with facilities in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL, N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; and Laredo, TX.

About The Role:

At Source Logistics, we're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety, OSHA, and Quality Manager to lead and standardize safety and quality programs across our 26 warehouse and distribution centers in North America. This position plays a key role in developing OSHA-compliant systems, food safety programs, and quality management frameworks, all while ensuring operational consistency across the network. This role manages two direct reports and works closely with facility leadership to align safety and quality goals with operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Source Logistics’ Safety Management System (SMS)

  • Conduct regular OSHA and food safety audits across a 25-site warehouse network

  • Maintain and update OSHA logs, injury reports, training records, and other regulatory documentation

  • Investigate safety incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Facilitate safety committee meetings and drive employee safety engagement programs

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, GMP, and local EHS regulations across all locations

  • Oversee the creation and standardization of quality control SOPs, KPIs, and inspection processes

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA cycles for quality issues or product defects

  • Monitor inbound and outbound accuracy, damage rates, and process adherence

  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma tools

  • Train and support site teams on quality, inspection, and safety protocols

  • Manage two direct reports and provide guidance to field-level safety and quality teams

  • Support external audits, internal reviews, and customer compliance activities across facilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Operations, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution environments

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality frameworks (ISO, FDA, GMP)

  • Experience leading safety and quality programs across multiple facilities

  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit tools; experience with EHS/QMS/WMS a plus

  • OSHA 30-hour certification and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred

  • 30% to 50% travel
