Epoxy Paint

Overview

Epoxy resin has reactive Oxirane groups that can be reacted with amine groups of various types of hardeners such as Polyamide, Polyamines, Cycloaliphatic amines, Phenalkamines, Phenalkmaides, etc.
Upon reaction with amines, oxirane groups open up into the hydroxyl group which offers excellent adhesion to the surface. The cured epoxy paint provides excellent resistance to corrosion and various chemicals, lubricating oils and petrochemical solvents.
Performance can be optimized by the selection of correct hardeners.

Polyurethane Paint

Overview

Polyurethanes, better known as PU, are formed by the reaction of poly-isocyanate with hydroxyl groups present in poly-acrylic resin, poly-esters, poly-ethers, and polyols.
The above-mentioned resin groups can be reacted with poly-isocyanate, either aliphatic or aromatic.
Aromatic Poly-isocyanate cured polyurethane offers excellent chemical & corrosion resistance, hardness, and abrasion resistance.
Aliphatic poly-isocyanate cured polyurethane films offer excellent color and gloss retention for a long duration. Decolite Paints has a range of products suitable for application over metal, wood, FRP, and other such substrates.

Overview

Based on a unique technology platform, Decolite Paints has developed special polymer based paints
These are single component product, based on a combination of resins such as acrylic, phenolic, phthalic ester co-polymer, which offer performance properties such as fast drying, user friendliness and heat resistance 200°C
The product portfolio of special polymer paints also includes low VOC products and monocoat systems.

Heat Resistant (HR) Paint

Overview

Silicon is a backbone polymer for offering high heat resistant paints and coatings
Decolite Paints’s Heat Resistant paint is designed based on various combinations of silicon resin and heat-stable ingredients to offer resistance up to 650°C with excellent corrosion resistance.
Products offering heat resistance of 200°C and 400°C are also available.
