What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide mental health services to individuals and families, conducting thorough assessments and offering client centered care
  • Document progress, write detailed notes, and maintain accurate records 
  • Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve their overall well-being 
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards 
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients’ needs and support their emotional growth

Who You Are: 

  • Determined and result driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards
  • Knowledgeable, highly organized, and innovatively-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Competent, highly organized, with excellent time management skills 
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment 

What You Need: 

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field 
  • 1-2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families
  • Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
  • Openness to see clients in-person
