Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist / Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts while also supporting key Human Resources functions across a dynamic, multi-site workforce. This hybrid role plays a crucial part in attracting top talent, maintaining compliance, and supporting team members throughout the employment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has experience in both talent acquisition and HR generalist responsibilities, including onboarding, team member relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
